Common Rewards FAQs
How is the Rewards table organized?
The main rewards table (Left side menu > Main Menu > Rewards) is grouped by Type > Member > Status. For example, if you have a member who has payouts that are across all 6 statuses (processing, due, declined, pending, failed, success), you will see 6 separate rows for that member (ex. 1 row in each Status filter, 3 rows in each Type > Show all filter). This allows you to easily take action for all payouts of one status for one member, in bulk. For example, if you want to pay out all of the Due payouts for a specific member, you'd just use the filters (Unpaid > Due) and the search bar to find that member. Then, click their row, and click Pay.
If the Rewards are grouped by member, how do I take action on only one single reward instead of all of a member's rewards?
If you don't want to take action on all of the payouts of a certain status for a certain member, but only for one payout, then just go to their member profile (either use the top bar search to search them, or click "View Details" on their row from the Rewards page) and use the Rewards table on their profile to find individual rewards. You can use their profile to decline, pay, or retry a single reward of theirs, for example, whereas on the main Rewards page, you can decline, pay, or retry all of their eligible payouts at once.
How do I see a total sum of all rewards, or rewards of a certain type or status?
When clicking the filters on the Rewards page, you'll see numbers that load out to the right of them. These numbers represent the total sum of rewards within that filter. To find out your total Due rewards within a certain date range, for example, you'd just pick the date range and then use the filters Unpaid > Due. Or, to find out the amount of rewards you've paid out for all time, you'd just make sure the date range is all time, and then use the filters Paid > Show All.
