In Buzzbassador, you have the ability to decline rewards for specific referral orders. This feature is useful when you need to reject a reward for various reasons, such as invalid referrals or breach of affiliate terms.
Here's how you can decline rewards within the Reward section of Buzzbassador:
Decline Rewards in Bulk
Go to Rewards Page (Left side menu > Main Menu > Rewards)
Use the filters, search bar, and date range to identify the members' rewards who you want to decline
Select those rows, and click the "Decline" button at the top
Confirm the action in the pop-up that appears
Decline Single Rewards
Locate the member profile of the person whose reward(s) you need to decline. You can either use the top bar search, or locate them from the members page or rewards page (click View Details on their row)
Scroll down to the Rewards section of their profile
Use the filters, search bar, and date range to identify the reward(s) you want to decline
Select the reward and click "Decline"
Confirm the action in the pop-up that appears
Important Note: Declining a reward will result in the reward being removed from the member's earnings. Make sure to use this feature judiciously and provide clear reasons for your decision.
