Note: We use "Program" and "Member" as label-agnostic terms to refer to any marketing you are using Buzzbassador to facilitate, whether you refer to it as an affiliate program, influencer marketing, ambassador program, referral program, creator partnerships, brand reps, partner program, etc.
Once you have built your application form, you're going to want to start collecting applicants to join your program. Below we cover how to find your applicants, how to review their applications, and how to approve them -- even if you have multiple program tiers.
**Please note: If either of our auto-accept features are switched on, this manual approval process may not be necessary, as some (or all) of the applicants will automatically be accepted & assigned to your default program tier.
How to review and approve member applications
1. Navigate to 'View New Applicants'
Go to the "Members" page on the left-side menu of the app (Main Menu tab) and then click the button at the top right that says "Applicants".
Now, you will see a page that shows you a list of all your new applicants.
2. Review your applications
To view each of your applicants, simply click the View button on their respective row in the New Applicant List.
You will then see the individual's application inputs.
3. Approve or decline your applicants
To approve or decline all or multiple applicants at once, make sure you are looking at the main list of applicants on the 'Applicants' page. Then, select all of the checkboxes of the applications you want to approve or decline.
To APPROVE an applicant, click the yellow 'Approve' button. You will then see a list of all your programs appear in the pop-up window. Simply click the program you want the selected member(s) to be approved into.
To DECLINE the selected applicants, simply click the 'Decline' button.
