Note: We use "Program" and "Member" as label-agnostic terms to refer to any marketing you are using Buzzbassador to facilitate, whether you refer to it as an affiliate program, influencer marketing, ambassador program, referral program, creator partnerships, brand reps, partner program, etc.

Assuming you've already set up multiple Programs for your program, you may be wondering whether or not you can create a different application form for each program.

The answer: At this time, the Application Form that you create following these instructions will be the same for every applicant, regardless of the program you would like to sort the applicant into after they apply.

In order to reduce management time on your end, we decided to launch our Program Tiers feature with the ability to invite and accept applicants into different tiers using one application form.

Having only one application form will be more convenient in case you...

  • delete one or more of your programs

  • demote/promote a member to another program

  • want to avoid having to remember and keep up with different links for each individual application form

  • are not sure what program you want a member to apply for

This will also help make the application process quicker and easier for your prospective members!

As we continue to develop the Programs feature further, our team will definitely experiment with other functionality, including the ability to create a separate application form for each program tier.
