Short answer: no, the "Your application was accepted" email is currently a single template
The "Your application was accepted" email is one global template that sends to every approved applicant, regardless of which program they were accepted into. There is no way to set up a separate template per program tier inside Buzzbassador.
If you have multiple programs and want each tier's new members to receive a different welcome email, you have a few options to work around this.
Workaround 1: Use a generic template that works for any tier
Most merchants write the "Your application was accepted" email with content that applies regardless of tier (welcome message, instructions for accessing the member dashboard, link to the brand's social, and so on). The member's tier-specific perks (referral code, affiliate link, commission rate) are auto-populated based on their assigned program via the standard merge tags, so the email reflects their tier even though the template is shared.
This is the simplest approach and works for most brands.

Workaround 2: Use Klaviyo to send tier-specific follow-up emails
If you use the Klaviyo integration, your Buzzbassador members are synced to Klaviyo with their program tier as a segmentable attribute. You can:
1. Keep the Buzzbassador "Your application was accepted" email as a generic welcome.
2. Set up a Klaviyo flow triggered when a new member is added, with branching logic (or separate flows) based on their assigned program.
3. Send tier-specific follow-up emails from Klaviyo with content tailored to each program's audience, perks, and expectations.
This gives you full per-tier control over your member onboarding sequence outside the constraints of the single Buzzbassador template.

Workaround 3: Manually send a tier-specific welcome email outside Buzzbassador
For brands that do not use Klaviyo or another email service provider, you can:
Turn off the Buzzbassador "Your application was accepted" email entirely.
Manually send a customized welcome email to each new member based on their tier, using your own email tool or even Gmail.
This is more labor-intensive and is generally only practical for low-volume or high-touch programs.
Future plans
A per-program acceptance email template is on our product roadmap, but we do not have a specific shipping timeline. If this is important to your program, you can vote for the feature on our public roadmap and our team will keep you posted.

Notes:
The "Your application was accepted" email supports merge tags for member-specific content (first name, referral code, affiliate link, and so on), so even with one shared template, every email feels personalized to the recipient.
If your tiers are very different (for example, a gifting tier alongside a paid commission tier with very different perks and expectations), the Klaviyo workaround is usually the cleanest path.
