How do I reauthorize a reward that was previously declined?

If you had a reward be declined and you now want to pay it, here's how to make it payable again

Oops, declined a reward by mistake or need to revert an automatic declination? Fret not! You can easily reauthorize a reward, making it payable again. Here's how to do it whether in bulk or individually:

Reauthorizing Rewards in Bulk:

  1. Navigate to the Rewards Page:

    • Go to the rewards page via Left side menu > Main menu > Rewards.

  2. Apply Filters:

    • Filter out the declined rewards by selecting Unpaid > Declined.

  3. Select Rewards:

    • Use the checkboxes to select the declined rewards you wish to reauthorize.

  4. Hit the Reauthorize Button:

    • Click the "Reauthorize" button.

  5. Confirm Your Action:

    • A pop-up will appear for confirmation, confirm your action to proceed.

Reauthorizing Single Rewards:

  1. Find the Member's Profile:

    • Use the top search bar to navigate to the member's profile whose reward you wish to reauthorize, or click "View details" on them from the Rewards page.

  2. Scroll to Rewards Section:

    • Scroll down to the Rewards section of their profile.

  3. Apply Filters:

    • Use the Unpaid > Declined filter to spotlight declined rewards.

  4. Select Reward(s):

    • Use the checkboxes to select the reward(s) you want to reauthorize.

  5. Hit the Reauthorize Button:

    • Click the "Reauthorize" button.

  6. Confirm Your Action:

    • A confirmation pop-up will appear, proceed by confirming your action.

There you go! The declined rewards are now reverted back to 'Due' status and are immediately payable. Mistakes happen, but with Buzzbassador, they are easy to correct.
