How can I unmark a reward as paid?

If you marked a reward as paid previously and now want to mark it as unpaid and move it back to "Due", here's how

Accidentally marked a reward as paid or had issues with the external payment going through? No problem at all! You can effortlessly unmark rewards as paid either for a single order/member, or in bulk across multiple members. Here's how:

Unmarking a Single Reward as Paid

  1. Navigate to Member Profile:

    • Click on the search bar at the top, type in the member’s name to find their profile.

  2. Locate Rewards Table:

    • Scroll down to the Rewards table.

  3. Filter Out Paid Rewards:

    • Apply the 'Paid' and 'Marked as paid' filters to display the concerned payouts.

  4. Select Payouts:

    • Choose the payouts you wish to unmark as paid or simply select all.

  5. Hit the Unmark as Paid Button:

    • Click on the black 'Unmark as Paid' button at the top.

  6. Confirm Your Action:

    • A pop-up will appear for confirmation, go ahead and confirm your action.

Unmarking Payouts as Paid in Bulk:

  1. Access the Rewards Page:

    • Go to the Rewards page via Left side menu > Main menu tab > Rewards.

  2. Filter Out Paid Rewards:

    • Apply filters to only view 'Paid' and 'Marked as Paid' payouts.

  3. Select Payouts:

    • Select the payouts you wish to unmark as paid or just hit 'select all'.

  4. Press the Unmark as Paid Button:

    • Click on the "Unmark as Paid" button at the top.

  5. Confirm Your Action:

    • In the pop-up that appears, confirm your action to unmark the payouts as paid.
