Once a reward is moved to Paid type (after you click Pay or Mark as Paid), it will be in one of three statuses: Pending, Success, or Failed.
Pending
A payment has been initiated but the transfer has not yet been confirmed by PayPal or Tremendous. Pending rewards typically resolve to Success or Failed within a few hours, but can sometimes take up to a few days depending on the payment provider.
Success
The payment was completed successfully and the funds have been delivered to the member.
Failed
The payment attempt was not successful. Common causes:
Failed with PayPal: PayPal Payouts not approved on your PayPal Business account, Sandbox credentials used instead of Live credentials, or insufficient PayPal balance.
Failed with Tremendous: insufficient Tremendous balance, the member's email is a temporary or disposable address, or the member is in a country restricted by Tremendous.
To resolve a Failed reward, fix the underlying cause and retry the payment.

Notes:
"Declined" is a separate status that lives under the Unpaid filter, not the Paid filter.
Declined rewards are not eligible for payout.
Causes include the underlying order being refunded, manual decline by an admin, or $0 rewards auto-declined because the member's program had rewards disabled at the time of the order.
To work with declined rewards, see the linked articles.
