Rewards Page Filters: A Complete Guide

A full breakdown of every filter on the Rewards page: Type (Paid/Unpaid), Status (Processing, Due, Declined, Pending, Success, Failed), Payment Method, and Date Range.

Written by Calvin Waddy

Use the filters on the Rewards page to find, sort, and act on rewards efficiently.

Type filters

  • Unpaid: all rewards not yet paid.

  • Paid: all rewards already paid.

Status filters (Unpaid)

  • Processing: the reward was recently created and is in the processing period before becoming Due. The processing period is set in your account Preferences.

  • Due: the reward has cleared its processing period and is ready to be paid.

  • Declined: the reward is not eligible for payout. Common causes include the underlying order being refunded or cancelled, the member's program having rewards disabled at the time of the order (which generates a $0 declined reward automatically), or manual decline by an admin.

Status filters (Paid)

  • Pending: a payment has been initiated but the transfer has not yet completed.

  • Success: the payment completed successfully.

  • Failed: the payment attempt failed (for example, due to an issue with the recipient's payment details).

Payment method filters

  • Unpaid: PayPal Provided (members with a PayPal linked) or Tremendous or Manual Only (members without PayPal).

  • Paid: Marked as Paid, Paid with PayPal, Paid with Tremendous.

Date picker

Filter rewards by creation date (Unpaid) or last updated date (Paid).

How rewards are organized

The Rewards table is grouped by Type > Member > Status. If a member has rewards in multiple statuses, they appear as separate rows. To act on a single specific reward rather than all rewards of a status, go to the individual member's profile.

To find total reward amounts, click any filter. The total dollar amount for that filter is shown next to the filter button.

Notes:

  • If a member's program has rewards disabled, every order attributed to them generates a $0 reward record that is auto-declined and appears under the

Declined filter. These records won't show up under Due or Processing since they're auto-declined as soon as they're created. To find them, filter by Declined and look for $0 amounts.
