Campaign rewards can be paid out any time, even if before the campaign ends — you don't have to wait.
How to Pay Out Campaign Rewards
Go to Rewards > Source: Campaign > Type: Unpaid
If rewards are in Processing status, select them > click Skip Processing to move them to Due
Go to the Due tab, select the rewards you want to pay > click the green Pay button > choose your payment method > confirm Paid campaign rewards are tracked under Source: Campaign > Type: Paid.

Notes:
Campaign rewards are paid the same way as order commissions — via PayPal, Tremendous, store credit, or mark as paid.
You can also pay campaign rewards from an individual member's profile.
