Single reward
1. Find the member's profile and scroll to the Rewards table.
2. Apply the filter: Unpaid > Declined.
3. Select the reward(s), click Reauthorize, and confirm.
Reauthorized rewards move back to Due status immediately and are payable.
Important: $0 declined rewards cannot be reauthorized to a non-zero amount
If a reward was auto-declined because the member's program had rewards disabled at the time of the order, the original reward record was created at $0 (since the program's reward rate at the time was zero). Reauthorizing this kind of declined reward moves it back to Due status, but the amount remains $0. Reauthorization does not retroactively recalculate the commission based on current program settings.
If you want to actually credit the member for one of these orders, you have two options:
Pay the member manually outside of Buzzbassador (for example, via PayPal directly) for the amount you want to award.
Contact Buzzbassador support with the order number(s) and the amount to credit. Our team can adjust the reward amount on the backend before you reauthorize.

Notes:
To identify $0 declined rewards on the Rewards page, filter to Unpaid > Declined and look for $0 amounts.
Reauthorizing a non-$0 declined reward (e.g., one that was declined manually or due to a refund that has since been reversed) restores the original commission amount, so the $0 caveat above only applies to rewards declined because of disabled program rewards.
