Buzzbassador sends 8 automated email templates to applicants and members on specific triggers. Each email can be customized in the email editor and toggled on or off using the Active/Inactive switch. This article covers what each email does and when it sends.

Confirms to applicants that their application form was submitted successfully and lets them know you will follow up with a decision.
When it sends: as soon as an applicant submits an application form successfully.
Your application was accepted
The most important onboarding email. Sends when an applicant is approved and is your first touch with a new member after they join. Use it to share program details, next steps, and the member's auto-populated codes.
When it sends: when you approve an applicant manually, or when an applicant is auto-approved.

You've been imported
The onboarding email for members added via the import function rather than the application form. Use it like the "Your application was accepted" email to introduce the program and share the member's auto-populated codes.

When it sends: when an attributed order is placed at your store.

Your settings changed
Notifies a member when the program they belong to has changed in any way that affects what they see, share, or earn. Use the customization options to explain the reason for the change.
When it sends: when one or more of the following changes is saved on a member's program:
Discount Code section: toggled on or off, or any change to the code, type, value, or product eligibility.
Referral Codes section: toggled on or off, or any change to the referral rate, type, or product eligibility.
Affiliate Links section: toggled on or off, link type changed (BuzzLinks, UTM Affiliate Links, or Referral Code Links), or BuzzLinks code settings changed.
Rewards section: toggled on or off, or any change to the reward rate, type, or eligibility settings.
The member is moved to a different program tier (any of the above changes apply automatically through the move).
The member's referral code is changed by you (via the pencil icon on the Members page).

Notes:
The Set Password and Forgot Password emails are system emails that Buzzbassador sends directly for account security and cannot be edited or disabled. They are not included in the email editor.
If you have the Klaviyo integration connected, you can send additional custom emails to members beyond these 8 templates.
Campaign-related notifications (campaign assigned, submission approved or declined, campaign reward processed) are sent automatically as system emails and are not part of the customizable email editor.
