Payouts are available to some merchants outside the US, but you will need to call PayPal customer support (in your region) to determine if Payouts will be available to you.
If you login to your PayPal account, and click "Contact" at the bottom of the page, you can get your region’s customer support number to talk about enabling Payouts for your account.
What if I can't get Payouts enabled?
If PayPal is unable to enable Payouts for your account due to geographic restrictions, not to worry! The use of Buzzbassador is not dependent on PayPal - you can still run your program with Buzzbassador without using PayPal, either by utilizing our Tremendous integration or by paying your members with a different payout method of your choice.
