Members: How to redeem store credit payouts

If you were paid out with Store Credit, here's how to use it

If you have been paid your creator rewards from any referral orders or Campaign bonuses via store credit, here is how to apply that store credit to your next order:

STEP 1: Head to the website of the brand you work for, then add the item(s) to your cart that you’d like to use your store credit on

STEP 2: Head to the brand's checkout page with your item(s)

STEP 3 (MOST IMPORTANT STEP!): At the top of the checkout page, make sure you are LOGGED IN to a customer account with the SAME EMAIL as the one you used to register as a creator for this brand in Buzzbassador.

Here is how to do this:

STEP 3.1. – Identify your Buzzbassador email

Aren’t sure which email address you used for your Buzzbassador account?

To check, search all your email inboxes (including spam, trash, and junk folders just in case) for emails from the email address [email protected].

Whichever email inbox received these email(s) is the email address that is linked to your Buzzbassador account.

STEP 3.2. – Ensure you are logged out of ShopPay (if applicable)

If you usually check out with the ShopPay app, and your ShopPay account is already automatically logged in at the brand's checkout, make sure you log out of ShopPay. Here is how to do this:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the checkout page

  2. Click the “Check out as guest” button

  3. Once you are no longer logged in to ShopPay, continue to Step 3.3

If you are not logged in to ShopPay automatically at checkout, continue to Step 3.3.

STEP 3.3. – Log in to your customer account for the brand

A customer account has already been created for you when you joined the creator program for this brand, so there’s no need for you to create one – you just need to make sure it’s logged in at checkout!

  1. At the top of the page, click the “Log in” button next to the Contact section

  2. When you’re redirected to log in, enter the email address from Step 3.1. (the SAME email that is registered to your Buzzbassador account) and click “Continue”

  3. You will receive a 6-digit code to that email, enter it into the code field and click “Submit”

  4. Once you return to the checkout page, make sure the email under the “Account” section now matches the Buzzbassador-registered email from Step 3.1.

STEP 4: Apply your store credit to your order

Once you are logged in to the correct account at checkout, your store credit will be loaded from Buzzbassador and youll be able to apply it to your order!

  1. Fill out your check out information (shipping address, etc.)

  2. Scroll down to the Payment section and look for the “Apply store credit” checkbox

  3. Check the “Apply store credit” to apply the credit you earned to your order

  4. You should then see the store credit apply to your order total

  5. If the store credit DOESN’T cover the full amount of your order, enter your credit card information to place the order. If the store credit DOES cover the full amount of your order and you have any left over, the store credit left over will remain in your account for next time!
