1. Log in to your ambassador account at buzzbassadorapp.com/ambassador-login.
2. Go to the My Referrals tab.
From here you can see when your code was used, filter by date, and view the commission earned per referral. Once a payout has been issued, view your paid earnings on the My Earnings page.
If you see $0 commission on every order
If your referrals appear but show $0 in the commission column, the brand you work with does not currently have commission payouts enabled for you. Your sales are still tracked, but no commission is being calculated on them. Reach out to the brand directly with any questions about your earnings.
Notes:
Customer information (names, email addresses) is not displayed on your Referral page due to privacy regulations.
The Referral page updates in real time. If no orders are showing, check that you're looking at the correct date range.
