Members: How To Track Your Commission Earnings and Payout History

View your paid commission history on the My Earnings page and understand the difference between referrals tracked and commissions paid.

Written by Shelby Baldwin

1. Log in to your ambassador account.

2. Go to My Earnings (left side menu).

This page shows your commission and payout history, including rewards that are still pending (Processing or Due) as well as rewards that have already been Paid, it isn't limited to paid transactions only. To see individual referral sales and how much you earned per order, go to the My Referrals tab instead.

If you received a "You've been paid" email but don't see it in My Earnings yet

The email is sent when the brand initiates your payout, so the payment may still be processing. If you were paid via PayPal, check your PayPal account over the next few business days.

If your earnings page is empty even though you've made sales

There are a few possible reasons:

  • Your reward hasn't cleared the brand's processing period yet. A reward still in Processing status is visible on this page, but hasn't yet reached Due, so there's nothing to pay out yet.

  • The brand has commissions disabled for your account. If your sales are tracked but your commission column shows $0 on the "My Referrals" page, the brand may not currently have commission payouts enabled for you. In that case, no earnings will accumulate. Reach out to the brand directly with questions about your earnings.

  • Your referral(s) were not eligible for commission. Some orders may not be eligible for commissions based on the brand's settings, which may restrict commissions based on products and/or collections included in the order, shipping destinations, or certain customer segments. Reach out to the brand directly with questions about your earnings.

  • The payout is in transit. If the brand recently processed your payment but it hasn't completed yet, it may still be on the way through PayPal or another payment provider.

Notes:

  • My Earnings shows your rewards at every stage, Processing, Due, and Paid, not paid transactions only.

  • Your payout schedule is determined by the brand, not by Buzzbassador: there's no fixed schedule on Buzzbassador's end for when a Due reward gets paid. Contact the brand directly with questions about when you'll be paid.
