Note: We use "Program" and "Member" as label-agnostic terms to refer to any marketing you are using Buzzbassador to facilitate, whether you refer to it as an affiliate program, influencer marketing, ambassador program, referral program, creator partnerships, brand reps, partner program, etc.

With our application form editor, you can customize the design of your application form and integrate it with your Shopify store. This article will cover how to integrate your application form in just a few simple steps. Here's how.

For this example, we are going to walk you through adding the form to your navigation menu (header or footer). But keep in mind, the same steps can be done for adding the link to a button on any page of your Shopify site through the online store theme customizer!

Head to the "Application Form" page in your Buzzbassador left-side menu. Then, to obtain the URL to your application, all you will need to do is click on the link located in the top editor menu as shown below.

This will copy the link to the application form to your clipboard. You can also share your application form link via social media, email, or even paid traffic with services like Facebook or Google Ads.

Now that you have your active application form link copied, you can then simply paste that in your Shopify navigation menu! You can add it to the header, footer, or wherever you'd like to place it on your site.

Just go to Online Store > Navigation and select which menu you'd like to add the link to.

Then click "Add Menu Item" and paste the link into the "Link" field. Click the link popup that appears at the top of the field and then click "Add". Be sure to add a menu name before adding!

Last, but not least, save your changes by clicking the "Save menu" button.

Once the application form is opened from your site, it will automatically display both the header and footer of your Shopify site. The application form will appear as it is an internal, fully-integrated Shopify-built page.

In some instances, Shopify may require you to shorten your link before it can be added to your Shopify menu. There is currently not a way to customize or shorten the link within Buzzbassador. In this case, we recommend using a free link shortener tool like bitly.com to get a shorter version of your application form link.
