Note: We use "Program" and "Member" as label-agnostic terms to refer to any marketing you are using Buzzbassador to facilitate, whether you refer to it as an affiliate program, influencer marketing, ambassador program, referral program, creator partnerships, brand reps, partner program, etc.

We realize that when you start an account with Buzzbassador, you may be coming into the system with an existing list of members. These members may even already have codes assigned to them and referral orders generated. Whether you are migrating these existing members from another management system or just from a list in a spreadsheet, we make the import process simple!

This article will direct you to the correct instructions for each of two methods you can go with to import your existing members into Buzzbassador.

Two Methods for Importing Members

1. Import members by file upload

You can upload the members' info via a .csv, .tsv, .xls, .xlsx, or .xml file. If you want to go with this method, read this article for step-by-step instructions.

2. Copy and paste the members' info directly into the app's log

For this option, it's as simple as copying your members' data and pasting it into the correct field. If you want to choose this method, read this article for step-by-step instructions.

Please decide which method you want to go with, and click the correct article (linked above) to find the steps for each.
