Members: Personal Discount Code Isn't Working at Checkout

Troubleshoot the two most common errors you might run into when using your program discount code at checkout: code not available, code not valid for items in cart.

There are two common errors:

Error 1: "Discount code isn't available to you right now"

This means the store couldn't verify you as a member. The code is restricted to approved members only, and verification happens by checking your email address at checkout.

Fix:

1. Enter your Buzzbassador account email address at checkout first.

2. Then enter the discount code.

The order matters: email must be entered before the code. Make sure you're using the same email address you used to apply for the program.

Error 2: "Discount code isn't valid for the items in your cart"

This means one or more items in your cart aren't eligible for your member discount. The brand has restricted which products the code applies to.

Fix:

Contact the brand directly to find out which products are eligible, and remove any ineligible items from your cart.
