How To Manually Sync The Klaviyo Integration
As you'll read here, the Klaviyo integration automatically syncs your Buzzbassador members' data and activity over to your Klaviyo account. However, if you ever need to manually force the sync to happen sooner, you have the option to do so within your Buzzbassador account. Here's how:
1. Navigate to the Klaviyo Integration Settings
Once in your Buzzbassador account, click on the "Settings" icon at the left side menu to open your settings. Then, click the "Integrations" tab.
On that page, you will see the Klaviyo integration at the top. Click the "Edit Connection" button in line with the Klaviyo logo, like shown in the screenshot above, to open the Klaviyo integration pop-up.
2. Click the green "Resync data" button
This will force an update of ALL the Buzzbassador-created Klaviyo profiles with any new activity or information.
