1. Log in to your ambassador account.
2. Go to Settings (βοΈ) and open the Referral Settings tab.
3. Click the pencil icon next to your current code.
4. Type your new code and click Update Code.
If you get a "Code must be unique" error
The code you chose is already taken by someone else. Try a variation. For example, your name plus your discount rate (AVIANR10 or AVIANRUBIO10), or your initials plus a number (ABC15).
If your changes don't seem to take effect
If you save a new code but it doesn't appear active when you check, or if you don't see a code in your settings at all, the brand you work with may not have referral codes enabled for you currently. In that case, your code preference is saved in your account but is not active as a usable discount code at checkout. Reach out to the brand directly to ask about referral code availability.
