Am I required to offer Terms & Conditions?

Having a contract for your ambassadors isn't always necessary; some companies do it, some do not. It really just depends on whether you want to go that route -- it's completely up to you!

Can Buzzbassador generate Terms & Conditions for me?

Unfortunately, Buzzbassador does not generate Terms and Conditions for you, seeing as each brand's terms should be unique and cater to their own program and operations. We also are not authorized to provide legal advice, and we do recommend consulting official legal counsel to make sure your brand's terms are in line with all applicable regulations.

Where should I start with forming Terms & Conditions?

If you do choose to implement Terms and Conditions for your ambassador program, here are a couple of resources we've found on how to structure your ambassador program's Terms and Conditions:

How should I share my Terms & Conditions with my ambassadors?

Our team has seen merchants share their ambassador program's Terms and Conditions using one or more of the methods listed below:

  1. Include a link to the T&Cs in an email (such as the Application accepted email template or a custom standalone email) sent to your ambassadors

  2. Insert a link to the T&Cs page and required agreement question on your application form (learn how to do this here)

  3. Include the T&Cs on your Landing page

  4. Include the T&Cs on another page on your Shopify store site
