Note: We use "Program" and "Member" as label-agnostic terms to refer to any marketing you are using Buzzbassador to facilitate, whether you refer to it as an affiliate program, influencer marketing, ambassador program, referral program, creator partnerships, brand reps, partner program, etc.

Am I required to offer Terms & Conditions?

Having a contract for your members isn't always necessary; some companies do it, some do not. It really just depends on whether you want to go that route -- it's completely up to you!

Can Buzzbassador generate Terms & Conditions for me?

Buzzbassador can not generate Terms and Conditions for you, seeing as each brand's terms should be unique and cater to their own program and operations. How should I share my Terms & Conditions with my members?

Our team has seen merchants share their program's Terms and Conditions using one or more of the methods listed below:

  1. Include a link to the T&Cs in an email (such as the Application accepted email template or a custom standalone email) sent to your members

  2. Insert a link to the T&Cs page and required agreement question on your application form (learn how to do this here)

  3. Include the T&Cs on your Landing page

  4. Include the T&Cs on another page on your Shopify store site
