Currently, there is not an element in our application form editor that will allow your ambassador applicants to upload a file directly into the form. This feature is within our development's team pipeline though!

In the meantime, there is a workaround way to accomplish this. Our merchants that want applicants to upload a file or image in their application will add a URL in their application form (via text element) that links to a file upload service like Dropbox or Google Drive. Merchants will then add instructions for the applicants in another text element on what type of file to upload and how.

For instance, if you wanted applicants to upload a photo of themselves, you could add instructional text similar to, "Click and open the link below in another new to upload a headshot (.jpg or .png) to our Google Drive folder. When you are done, return to this form and complete it". Then, just paste the link into the form in a separate text element. Here is a visual example of this:

Our team hopes that this temporary workaround provides a possible solution as we continue to work towards implementing a 'file upload' element into our application form editor in the near future!
