The first thing a new user of Buzzbassador needs to do is set up their profile within the app. This is important so that your ambassadors know who you are, and also so that our team at Buzzbassador knows who the admin of the account is in case of any need for our support team to reach out.

There are two parts of the Buzzbassador Profile:

Admin Profile

This is where you will enter information about the person who is running the Buzzbassador account on behalf of your brand (so, if you're reading this, it's probably you!)

Brand Profile

This is where you will enter information about the brand that this Buzzbassador account belongs to -- in other words, the information of the business that signed up for Buzzbassador.

In the following sections, I'll walk you through how to set up each of these two sections.

First, navigate to the settings page. You should click the "Settings" icon (this one: ⚙️). Then, click the "My Profile" tab. So you should be looking at this section:

Admin Profile Setup

First, you will need to set up your admin settings. Again, this is where you will input information about the main contact person for your Buzzbassador account. This can be your marketing manager, CEO, or whoever is in charge of ambassador program-related tasks. If you're the one reading these setup guides and going through the setup process, the admin is most likely you. So, hi 👋

For this admin profile, you will need to enter the following information:

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. Date of Birth

  4. Phone Number

This information is all entered under the "Admin Settings" section of the "My Profile" tab within your settings here:

Brand Profile Setup

Next, you will need to set up your brand settings. This is where you will input information about the brand/company/store that the Buzzbassador account is for.

For this brand profile, you will need to enter the following information:

  1. Brand Name

  2. Logo (file upload)

  3. Shop Domain

  4. Store Address (Street, City, State/Province, Country, Postal Code)

This information is all entered under the "Brand Settings" section of the "My Profile" tab within your settings here:

A couple of notes:

  • Brand Name: This name will be displayed to your ambassadors, so make sure it's correct!

  • Upload Logo: The recommended size ratio for the logo is 2:2 (in other words, your dimensions should be 200px X 200px, 400px X 400px, etc.). The max file size you can upload is 5MB.

  • Shop Domain: This is simply the URL site address of your store. (ex: https://www.streetwearfashion.shop)

Everything else should be pretty self-explanatory in this section.

Save Your Changes

Make sure to save your profile by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom.

And that's it-- you're done with setting up your brand profile!
