After you have been accepted into a brand's program, you will receive two emails to the email address you have provided on your application form. The first email you receive is the brand's "welcome" email. This email will provide you with the following steps and more information about the brand's program!
The second email, with the subject "Set Your Password", will prompt you to finalize your Buzzbassador ambassador account by setting a password. All you will need to do is click the button in the email and set a password!
ou will then be redirected to your ambassador account, where you can access and view your dashboard. On your dashboard, you can track your referral code usage and earned commissions and also view your discount code, referral code, and other perks!
At any time, you can log into your ambassador account and view your dashboard at buzzbassadorapp.com/ambassador-login 😃
What if I cannot find the "Set Your Password" email?
It may help to search your entire email inbox, including your spam/junk folder, for the search terms "Buzzbassador" or "Set Password" and find the latest set password email from us. Then, try that link!
Ensure you try the link in the latest set password email from Buzzbassador. We send a reminder email every 24 hours, and once a new email is sent, the link from the previous email is deactivated.
If you did not receive the set password email, you might already have an ambassador account established within our system. If so, you will not receive this email! You can simply use your existing login credentials to access all of the programs you are a part of. Once you have logged in, use the "account picker" dropbox menu (in the top right corner next to the 'tool' icon) to navigate between your ambassador profiles!
What if I forgot my password?
You can either click the "Forgot Password" button on the ambassador login page (shown below) or reach out to our support team via the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen. The email looks very similar to the "Set Password" email and includes a link to reset the password to your Buzzbassador ambassador account!
