Our team is so excited that you have decided to give Buzzbassador a try. Whether you have 10,000 members already or you are just starting a new program, we are happy to have you.
Since you are new here, this article points you to the most important next steps to get your program live. None of this is required to launch, but our most successful merchants tend to take advantage of all of it.
Recommended pre-launch steps
1. Set up your program(s). Programs are the foundation of your account: each one defines what members receive when they join (referral codes, affiliate links, discount codes, rewards, and so on). Configure your default program first; you can add more program tiers later.
2. Build your application form. This is what applicants fill out when they want to join your program. You can run multiple forms (depending on your plan) to recruit different segments through different channels.
3. Customize your emails. Buzzbassador sends automated emails to applicants and members at key points in the lifecycle: when they apply, when they are accepted, when their settings change, and so on. Customize these so they match your brand voice and include the info members need.
4. (Optional) Build a recruitment landing page. The Landing Page Editor lets you create a branded page describing your program (perks, requirements, expectations) that you can embed on your Shopify site or share publicly.
5. (Optional) Connect any integrations you plan to use. Klaviyo, PayPal, Tremendous, and Shopify Store Credit are all supported and can save you significant time during launch and ongoing operations.

Use the Launch Checklist to confirm you are ready
Once your program, form, emails, and (optionally) landing page are set up, run through the Launch Checklist to verify you are ready to go live. The checklist covers what is required for everyone before launching, plus separate sections for recruiting new applicants and importing existing members.
