If an ambassador application form is showing blank, giving you an error like "this program is no longer available," or just won't submit, here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
You're Using an Outdated or Incorrect Application Link
This is the most common cause. Brands sometimes use different application link variants for different programs or tiers, and those links can behave differently or stop working if the underlying program changes. If you're using a link you had saved from before, or one that was forwarded to you a while ago, it may no longer be valid.
Fix: Ask the brand for a fresh application link directly, rather than reusing an old saved or forwarded one.
The Program May Have Paused or Closed Applications
An error saying the program is "no longer available" usually means the brand has paused or closed applications for that program, whether temporarily or permanently. This is a decision made on the brand's side, so Buzzbassador support won't have insight into why or when it might reopen.
Fix: Contact the brand to confirm whether the program is still accepting applicants.
Browser-Level Issues
Application forms are embedded on the brand's website, so browser settings can sometimes interfere with them loading or submitting properly. Try:
Opening the form in a different browser
Clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then reloading the page
Temporarily disabling any ad-blocker or privacy extension, since these can sometimes block embedded forms from loading
If the Problem Continues
If you've tried a fresh link and a different browser and the form still won't load or submit, contact the brand directly. They own the application form and control the program's status, so they're best placed to help or manually process your application.
Note: If you're not sure who to contact at the brand, check the page where you originally found the application (their website, social media, or an email from them) for a contact method.
