  • When browser extensions (like Honey) override your code

  • Technical issues at checkout

Your affiliate link tracks sales automatically, even if no discount code is applied. Use your link in bios, posts, stories, and emails for best results. Your discount code works well for casual conversations and direct messages.

Q: Why was my discount code changed?

We monitor for unauthorized code sharing on coupon sites (Honey, RetailMeNot, etc.). If your code is found on these sites, we'll replace it with a new one and notify you via email.

This protects your commissions from unauthorized use and maintains program integrity. Your affiliate link remains unchanged, and your new code will appear in your dashboard.
