Assigning Current Members to a Campaign

When setting up a campaign, you can manually assign current members who are already in your Buzzbassador account. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Manually Assign Individual Members: Search by name or email to add specific members.

  2. Assign Entire Programs: Search by the name of a program to select program(s) and assign all members within that program to the campaign at once.

Automatically Assigning Future Members

You can set up automatic assignment so that any new members joining your account, either by import or by application, are immediately added to a campaign. This automation is useful if you frequently onboard new members. You can choose to:

  1. Automatically Assign New Members to a Campaign: Every new member that joins Buzzbassador by any onboarding route (import, application form) is assigned to the campaign.

  2. Automatically Assign New Program Members: Any new member of a specific program, whether they were just onboarded to the account directly into that program OR if they were previously a member of a different program and were moved into that program recently, will be automatically assigned to the campaign.

This automation ensures that (1) new members are engaged right from the moment they join your account or a new program, keeping them actively involved in your campaigns, and that (2) you don't have to manually adjust the campaign assignee list every time you add a new member and want them to participate.
