In your Buzzbassador account, you can track when your referral code was used and the total commission earned for each referral. To view your referrals, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your Ambassador account using this link
2. Navigate to the 'My Referrals' tab
3. From this page, you can view your referrals. You can also filter or sort the date
Once the payout has been successfully issued, you can view a list of your paid earnings on the "My Earnings" page in your ambassador account.
Why is the Referral page not showing the customer's information?
On your referral page, we can only display when the referral code was used, and we cannot share the customer information (names, email addresses, etc.) due to privacy regulations.
How frequently does the referral page update?
The Referral page updates in real-time, so you will see the orders placed using your referral code as soon as they come in. If no orders are showing, you're looking at a date range that doesn't have orders (you'll need to change the date range), or customers didn't use your referral code at checkout.
