Note: We use "Program" and "Member" as label-agnostic terms to refer to any marketing you are using Buzzbassador to facilitate, whether you refer to it as an affiliate program, influencer marketing, ambassador program, referral program, creator partnerships, brand reps, partner program, etc.
Once you have configured your brand's program setup, your existing members' unique referral codes (along with the program's discount code) will be automatically integrated with Shopify (created as active promo codes on your store) and will appear in your Shopify "Discounts" section. This means that you will not have to create the referral or discount codes in Shopify manually.
All of the active members' referral codes are listed under your Buzzbassador referral rule that you created in your Program Setup. However, to find your referral rule in Shopify, you will need to be able to recall the name of the referral rule.
To find the name of the rule you created for your members' referral codes, you can navigate to your Main Menu > Program Setup (left side menu), and view the program by clicking the "Edit" button in its respective row. From there, you will scroll down to the Referral Codes and then view the title in the "Referral rule title" field.
Now that you know your referral rule title, you will navigate to your brand's Shopify account. From there, go to Discounts > search the referral rule title > click the referral rule to open it.
Once you open your Buzzbassador referral rule title, there will be a "View all codes" button. Click on this button, and a list will open that shows you all of your members' unique codes
If you have created more than one program and are wondering how our app handles your members across multiple program tiers, this article can provide an explanation of how that works.
