Features that unlock on higher-tier plans
Active application forms: Launch includes 1, Build includes up to 4, Plus and Enterprise are unlimited.
BuzzLinks: our unleakable, one-time-use affiliate link type is available starting on the Plus plan and above. On Launch and Build, programs use a different affiliate link type instead.
Campaign Suite (Sales Campaigns and Post on Social Campaigns): available starting on the Plus plan and above.
Social Listening (our Meta integration, monitoring Instagram and Facebook for brand mentions): available starting on the Plus plan and above.
Klaviyo integration: available starting on the Build plan and above.
Tremendous for payouts (ACH, CashApp, Venmo, gift cards, and 800+ payout options, including built-in W-9 collection): available starting on the Build plan and above. Launch includes PayPal and Shopify store credit payouts only.
Removal of "Powered by Buzzbassador" branding: available starting on the Build plan and above.
Support level: Launch and Build include chat and email support; Build adds video call and screenshare support; Plus adds a dedicated account manager plus white-glove services (creator matchmaking, cold outreach, done-for-you setup); Enterprise includes a fully managed account.
What happens if you downgrade off a plan with these features
Downgrading doesn't delete your data, but it does roll back access to plan-gated features:
Application forms over the new plan's limit move to Inactive Forms automatically. They can be reactivated if you upgrade again.
Programs using BuzzLinks switch to a different affiliate link type; members keep their referral codes.
Active Sales Campaigns or Post on Social Campaigns stop accepting new submissions; past campaign data is preserved.
"Powered by Buzzbassador" branding is re-added to your form, landing page, and emails.
The Klaviyo integration is paused until you upgrade again.
Member data, sales attribution history, payouts, and program settings are all preserved across plan changes.
